KB Coatings installed a ceramic-filled epoxy layer on worn scrubber pump casings to rebuild damaged surfaces, restore pump efficiency, and extend service life.

Rebuilt worn casing surfaces with an epoxy restoration layer.
Used a ceramic-bead-filled system for restored efficiency and stronger wear resistance.

Result: The casings were restored and returned to service without the cost and delay of replacement.

Liberty Steel | Acid Containment Repair

KB Coatings repaired an existing containment area around acid storage tanks and completed a larger resurfacing scope in an active industrial work area.

The system had to hold up to acid exposure in an active industrial space.

Scope

Repaired the containment area, trench, and adjacent floor sections.
Expanded into a larger resurfacing area once the job was underway.

Result: The area was rebuilt, resurfaced, and turned over ready for service.
